Triumph Enterprises, Inc. is recruiting Acquisition Logistics Analysts to work sustainment, Government property, readiness and obsolescence for our proposed support to the United States Marine Corps, Program Manager Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2), at Stafford, Virginia. These positions are contingent upon contract award. Work is performed at Government facilities or a Triumph site within 15 miles of them; these positions are not remote.

ABOUT THE WORK

PM MAGTF C2 assesses, acquires, fields and sustains the command and control capabilities Marines use to plan and execute operations. Triumph provides program office support across contract maintenance and execution, life cycle logistics and product support, engineering services, and test and evaluation. Five Acquisition Logistics Analysts are deployed across sustainment, Government property, readiness reporting and obsolescence management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Validate Government Property and maintain property databases, Logistics Records Management Databases, inventories and transfer documents.
  • Account for Government Furnished Property in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) and the Accountable Property System of Record.
  • Produce the bi-weekly readiness report carrying R and S ratings against Table of Authorized Material Control Number, National Stock Number and Net Asset Posture.
  • Operate the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages program to the lowest configuration item indenture and recommend mitigations for obsolescence risk.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8 years in acquisition logistics, property accountability or obsolescence analysis.
  • United States citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The Government assigns position-level security and information technology designations under DD Form 254.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • DPAS, GCSS-MC, PIEE, BEAST, TFSMS, L-DART and START.
  • Property accountability policy.
  • Marine Corps readiness methodology.
  • Obsolescence forecasting against configuration baselines.
