Triumph Enterprises, Inc. is recruiting a Senior Test Engineer to lead test and evaluation analysis for our proposed support to the United States Marine Corps, Program Manager Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2), at Stafford, Virginia. This position is contingent upon contract award. Work is performed at Government facilities or a Triumph site within 15 miles of them; this position is not remote.

ABOUT THE WORK

PM MAGTF C2 assesses, acquires, fields and sustains the command and control capabilities Marines use to plan and execute operations. Triumph provides program office support across contract maintenance and execution, life cycle logistics and product support, engineering services, and test and evaluation. The Senior Test Engineer performs test and evaluation program management for MAGTF C2 programs and leads testing where more than one site is required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Perform test and evaluation program management: trade study analysis, process flow, baseline performance measurement and problem analysis.
  • Analyze requirements for testability against a stated verification method and report status to the Test and Evaluation Lead.
  • Identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Prepare test plans and procedures, deliver system verification results, and coordinate and serve as test lead where multiple test sites are required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • 12 years in test and evaluation.
  • United States citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The Government assigns position-level security and information technology designations under DD Form 254.

  • Developmental and operational test practice.
  • Verification by inspection, analysis, demonstration and test.
  • Department of Defense test and evaluation policy.
  • Multi-site coordination.
