Triumph Enterprises, Inc. is recruiting a Test Engineer to perform test analysis for our proposed support to the United States Marine Corps, Program Manager Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2), at Stafford, Virginia. This position is contingent upon contract award. Work is performed at Government facilities or a Triumph site within 15 miles of them; this position is not remote.

ABOUT THE WORK

PM MAGTF C2 assesses, acquires, fields and sustains the command and control capabilities Marines use to plan and execute operations. Triumph provides program office support across contract maintenance and execution, life cycle logistics and product support, engineering services, and test and evaluation. The Test Engineer performs the test analyses behind Development Tests, Operational Tests, follow-on software testing and Government acceptance tests for MAGTF C2 programs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Participate in and perform test analyses of Development Tests, Operational Tests, follow-on software testing and Government acceptance tests.
  • Develop the analyses and presentations that deliver test plans and results.
  • Analyze engineering problems and execute corrective action plans using systems engineering processes.
  • Support test plan and procedure preparation and system verification reporting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • 8 years in test and evaluation.
  • United States citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The Government assigns position-level security and information technology designations under DD Form 254.

  • Test execution and data analysis.
  • Test incident reporting.
  • Baseline performance measurement.
  • Corrective action planning.
